COMPANY DRIVER

Compensation

  • Company drivers receive 25% of the net line haul.
  • Company drivers are eligible for healthcare benefits after three months of full-time employment.
  • A voluntary dental plan is available after three months of full-time employment.
  • 401(K) plan is available after one year of full-time employment.
  • Vacation time is earned as follows: 
    • 1 year full-time service receives 1 week vacation time.
    • 3 years full-time service receives 2 weeks vacation time.
    • 5 years full-time service receives 3 weeks vacation time.
  • Holiday pay is effective immediately for full-time employees.
  • Direct Deposit payroll option is available.
  • A clean roadside DOT inspection is worth $100 bonus to the driver and $100 bonus to the mechanic. 
  • Driver referral program offers $100 bonus for every qualified driver referred and hired.

Employment and Experience Requirements

  • Must meet all FMCSA regulations.
  • Must have a valid Commercial Drivers License with proper endorsements from state of residence.
  • No current license suspension or revocation.
  • Excellent driving record and a safety-minded approach required.
  • No major traffic violations.
  • No DUI or driving under the influence of drugs offense.
  • Initial DOT drug test required along with random testing.
  • Minimum age is 23 (per insurance).
  • Professional attitude with customers and staff.
  • High service standards. An interest in long-term employment.
